‐ Assistance in case of emergency at the telephone number provided at the time of check-in, at any time of the day
‐ Pickup of packages at our Office (pickup at the customer's expense).
Additional services
‐ Extra bed: 5 euros per bed per day
‐ Extraordinary cleaning service during the stay at the request of the client (see applicable rate)
‐ Change of toiletries and lingerie (15 euros per person per day)
‐ Supplement for pet stays (30 euros per stay)
‐ Custody of suitcases in the office for more than 2 hours (3 euros/package)
‐ Laundry service in an outsourced company (check applicable rate)
